Enquiries and Orders

Enquiries and orders are accepted on weekdays until 17 hours and may me made to our e-mail address info@prevekso.com. Should you agree and accept our offer, simply confirm this by e-mail. Also note the urgency and set a date by which the translation is required. Should the client cancel the order once it has been placed, the client is to bear the cost endured by the day of cancellation. Deadline for submission of the translation is determined by common agreement with the client.

Translation Unit & Pricing

The unit of translation is one translation page, which represents 1500 characters without spaces, namely 250 words. The cost of translation is calculated by word-count of the original text and is converted into translation units.
The daily amount of translation: A translator translates from 5 to 8 pages per day. We can also translate greater quantities daily. In the event of an urgent translation, a surcharge of 25% applies.
Payment: After a client submits a text for translation, the client is issued an invoice which must be paid within the period stated on the invoice. The client is obligated to meet the terms and conditions of payment; the costs may be settled by a bank transfer to our translation account. If a client fails to settle its obligations in the exchange period, legal interest may be charged for the identification period, i.e. from the payment deadline to the actual remittance of the costs. Incurred interest charges are to be settled within 14 days from the date of interest statement.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Upon delivery, the translation is to be checked, any weaknesses and / or errors identified in the translation, may be reported by the client within 8 days of delivery of the translation. If an objection is justified, the errors and / or deficiencies will be remedied. Only one complaint is authorised per one translation. If it is determined that the complaint is justified, the price may be lower. Upon excercising the return policy, the client has no right to cancel the payment of the undisputed part of the translation for which the client has been invoiced for.

Compensation

The client is in no case entitled to compensation of the loss of profit the Agency has incurred.
